Our office works hard to help you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. We encourage you to become familiar with your insurance policy.

Payment of professional services is due at the time the treatment is provided and you will be reimbursed directly from your insurance company, usually within a few days. We strive to give your child the best care possible. .As a courtesy, we will send pre determinations and insurance claims for you at no additional cost. We accept Debit, Visa, Master Card, and American Express. We do not accept personal cheques.

An appointment is reserved exclusively for your child. Please allow 48 hours to change or cancel an appointment to avoid a charge. This will allow us time to give another patient waiting for treatment or an evaluation a chance to be scheduled.
